Carl joined Barry Plant in 2006 following a highly successful sales career in a different industry. Since commencing his real estate career, Carl has been a consistent and high achieving performer, having won numerous awards at both company and regional levels.  He became a member of the prestigious Diamond Club, Million Dollar Club and was also announced Top Lister, Top Seller, Top Performer and Top Achiever placing him in the top 5% of agents within the entire Barry Plant network.

Carl has shown his commitment to his career in real estate by studying to become a Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2010. Carl has also undergone the arduous task of training to become a Barry Plant accredited Auctioneer. In 2011, he was promoted to Sales Manager of the Croydon office and is now responsible for overseeing a significant sized sales team.

Carl attributes much of his success to consistently delivering an exceptional level of customer service and possessing a genuine desire to focus on the client’s needs and to assist them in locating their dream home. This approach has proven exceptionally beneficial, with many of Carl’s clients referred by previously satisfied customers.
